Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Fees:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to logistics/carrier issues (damaged or lost during shipping), we will file a claim with the carrier and assist you in resolving the issue.
  • If the return or exchange is due to buyer’s personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong size), the return/exchange shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
