All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment.
Please note that tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
Damaged or Lost Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or lost during transit, please contact us immediately at yiyeouou@outlook.com.
We will assist you in filing claims with the carrier and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
